    SHIPPING METHODS
    Delivery options include standard and express shipping. We ship orders from our warehouse located in Jacksonville, Florida, USA.

    Please count delivery time in business days and note that weekends, holidays and other issues may cause delays.


    DELIVERY TIME
    Depending on the shipping method you choose, delivery within the continental U.S. normally range from 3-7 business days for standard shipping. Delays can happen due to issues with the USPS, UPS, Fed Ex, holidays, weather, road closures, etc. Express shipping options are also available. Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed.

    Express orders (overnight & 2 day) are shipped by the next business day and all other orders usually take about 1-2 business days to ship. We do not ship on weekends and holidays. 

    *Please note processing time is and delivery time does not count weekends and holidays. The delivery time varies based on the shipping method that you choose. If you place your order during the weekend or holiday, it may take a longer for your order to ship.


    INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
    We ship internationally using DHL to almost every country including Canada, UK, Australia, countries in Asia and the EU, and more. Duties, taxes and shipping are calculated during check out.

    *Our shipping includes most of the applicable customs fees, duties and taxes. There may be situations where you will be responsible for additional fees that we are not able or not allowed to collect.
