Photograph, Video Sharing and #BeadBee Terms of Use

The #BeadBee hub is a multi-media place (whether on our website, Instagram, Facebook or other platform) to share your creative bead projects, jewelry designs and arts & craft projects.

By sending your photographs and videos to us (via email, web form upload, or other means), or tagging your photographs and videos (together, the "Photos") #BeadBee, on Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, Tumblr and other platforms, you, the undersigned, hereby grant BeadBee.com ("Bead Bee"), and their agents, affiliates and/or assignees, a non-exclusive, fully paid and royalty-free, transferable, sub-licensable, worldwide, perpetual license to display, distribute, reproduce, and create derivatives of the Photos, in whole or in part, without further review or participation from you, in any medium now existing or subsequently developed, in connection with the #BeadBee hub. You also grant Pony Bead Store permission to use and authorize others to use your name or social media handle and any profile picture you provide in association with the Photos for identification, publicity related to the #BeadBee hub, and for similar promotional purposes. You represent and warrant that: (i) you own the Photos you send, share or tag using the hashtag #BeadBee or otherwise have the right to grant the rights and licenses set forth in these terms and conditions; (ii) the posting and use of your Photos on the Bead Bee page or timeline on Twitter, Instagram, Facebook or Tumblr and on the website located at www.BeadBee.com, does not violate, misappropriate or infringe on the rights of any third party, including, without limitation, privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, trademark and/or other intellectual property rights; and (iii) you have the legal right and capacity to enter into these terms and conditions. You hereby release Bead Bee and their agents, affiliates and/ or assignees from any and all claims for damages of any kind resulting from the use of the Photos.
