Returns & Refunds

We hope you love your items, if not, we accept returns within 45 days of your order date on items that are unused, unopened and in new condition. Shipping costs are not refundable and you will be responsible for return shipping costs. 

A 25% restocking fee may be charged for items that are returned that do not comply with our return policy. Please note that all sales are final on special orders or custom orders. We are not able to do exchanges by mail, if you would like different items, please place a new order.

**International Returns - In addition to the refund policy described above, please note that due to fluctuating currency conversion rates, the amount refunded may be less than the initial amount paid.
