How to Use Crimp Covers
Crimp covers will add a more finished look to your beaded jewelry. They will cover up crimp beads and make them look like a round bead. Crimp covers are available in both sterling silver and gold filled materials.

Supplies & Materials:
Chain nose pliers
Crimp covers
Flat nose pliers w/ tip (optional)

1	Crimp covers are available in different sizes to accommodate different crimp bead sizes. Choose the size that will adequately cover the crimps beads that you have used.

2	To put on a crimp cover, place one between the tips of your chain nose pliers. Make sure the opening of the crimp cover is facing outwards.

3	Keep hold of the crimp cover and slip it over the crimp bead and squeeze the crimp cover shut.

4	Use a pair of chain nose pliers or flat nose pliers with a tip to gently squeeze the crimp cover to reduce the seam and shape the crimp cover as needed.

5	Once you are finished, the crimp cover conceals your crimp bead and looks like a round bead.
